Yummy!

Usually all breakfast replacements are high in carbs so doiabetes patients avoid it. So we are forced to take store bought protein shakes which I personally dont like. I used to mix my sathu maavu kanji a lot after diabetes. But this preparation is specially made for diabetics. Very tasty also. I look forward to my glass of Kanji every day. Also it keeps me brisk. I have noticed I get less tired after replacing my breakfast with No more sugar Health mix.
